The following cancellation conditions apply to all bookings made on our website.
Any cancellation made more than 14 days before the arrival date is free. The full deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, the full deposit is retained, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full stay may be charged.
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), a free postponement or full refund will be offered.
Any date change is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
